Plant
Direct sow — cilantro hates transplanting. Succession-sow every 3 weeks to keep fresh leaves coming.
Care
Cilantro bolts in heat. In summer, plant in partial shade or skip until fall.
Harvest
Cut whole plants at the base. Let a few bolt for coriander seed and to feed hoverflies + parasitic wasps.
Frozen in ice cube trays with oil. Coriander seed keeps for years.
