About
Three acres, one table.
Three Acre Table is a working kitchen garden in Hunterdon County, New Jersey — USDA zone 6b, mostly clay soil, mostly optimism. Twenty- seven crops on the plan, ten beds in the ground, a few fruit trees, a cutting row, and a canning kitchen that runs from July through October.
The idea is simple: grow good food and flowers, put them by when the harvest is bigger than the appetite, and write down what worked so next year is a little better. This site is the notebook.

Who you are, what brought you to gardening, what you’re trying to build with this place. A paragraph or two is plenty. Edit this page at src/app/(public)/about/page.tsx whenever you’re ready.
If you like what you read, subscribe to the newsletter — a monthly-ish letter of what’s growing, what’s on the stove, and what’s in the vase. Otherwise, the journal and recipe box are always here to browse.
Everyone welcome at the table.
