Transplanting week, and everything at once.

This is the week the whole year turns.

Broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, chard, lettuce, kohlrabi — all out of the trays and into the beds. Peas direct-sown along the fence. Onions and shallots into their permanent spots. Radishes tucked in between every other row.

I always underestimate how much time this takes. It's a full day per bed if I'm doing it right, and I have five beds to plant before Friday.

Wander on over to the journal or the recipe box.
